I got I.T branch in oriental college of science and technology, is this good to take this college or not in I.t or I take cs

It is Above Average college only. It has average placements.

You can prefer the branch in which you have more interest. If we compare both these branches than CSE has more scope in terms of placements. So, if you want you can go foe CSE.
