As according to your rank and category as I think go through NIT Agartala.As you have better options of other colleges.

According to my opinion if you get NIT Agartala then it's the best option for you. Since at this rank I have mentioned the IIITs you can get and NITA is better than all of them.( Now I am not saying that you should not try for some reputated and old IIITs ....I am just going with the cut off trends)
