Getting admission into IIIT Delhi depends on the rank list prepared by the JAC delhi and the allotment is done on basis of JEE paper 1 score. So, for Bachelor degree courses, your JEE rank is considered. It also depends upon your category, whether it is your home state or not, seat availability, JEE rank, etc.
