since you have not mentioned your rank, i am considering you as a GENERAL Category student. So, with the above mentioned rank and percentile in General category in JEE mains, you have very less chances of getting any of the NIT's or IIIT's as the required rank for general category is within 25K and the equivalent percentile must be around 98-99 percentile in jee mains.
But do not worry, as you can definitely get some other state level engineering colleges and many private engineering colleges with your jee mains score and rank. Secondly, since you have also cleared the JEE mains general category cutoff, you can also appear in JEE advance exam and can score better marks to go for good IIT's.
