I got jee mains crl rank-131821,obc ncl rank- 39385 and percentile 88.32. Can I get seat in any college through b category admission

Hello there!!! Based on your rank it seems very improbable that would get a seat in good government college through josaa counselling. You should try for some other colleges through different entrance exams or go for private  colleges. You could also opt for repeat and try your luck again by giving jee again.
