Hello there,
As you've not mentioned your category, I'm considering you to be general category.
For General category, jee mains 2020 has a cut off percentile of 90.3765335
In that case you have not cleared the cut off .
So you're not eligible for counselling.
You're chances of getting NIT or IIIT is too low.
You may try in some private colleges who takes direct admission.

bujjim755 for obc the cut off percentile is 72.8887969
in that case you might get some IIIT but getting good NITs will be a bit tough
