Sorry to say but with this score you won't be able to get any college . So yes you have to repeat the neet in 2021 and for that i will suggest you start your peparations from now to score good marks . Try to make a strict timetable and do must follow it so that you can score good marks . Further do solve previous year question papers and also solve mcq from different books and try to make your own study material.

First of all don't get panic or worried because failure are the stepping stone towards success.
If u have a keen interest towards the stream please do repeat and do work constantly and work hard accordingly.
