Sorry to say but with this score you won't be able to get any college . So yes you have to repeat the neet in 2021 and for that i will suggest you start your peparations from now to score good marks . Try to make a strict timetable and do must follow it so that you can score good marks . Further do solve previous year question papers and also solve mcq from different books and try to make your own study material.
