I got less marks in my class 12 cbse improvement exam 2021 than my original marksheet based on the tabulation policy.In january 2022 supreme court also directed cbse two consider better of the two marks.Now my question is my which marksheet is valid previous with good marks or later with bad marks

Hi aspirant,

As the name suggest CBSE organised the improvement examination in order to give candidates a option to write the examination physically in case they were not satisfied with the the scores allotted to them based upon internal assessment, and clarified that the better of two marks would be considered for the final result. Now in case a candidate scores lower than what he or she was allotted through internal assessment the previous result would be retained. This can be easily confirmed by downloading the marksheet from digilocker application which contains all the documents in updated form.
