Hi suresh . Its on your dream and passion to get into national institute of technology and indian institute of technology no one can take this decision for you beither your mom dad i i not going to give you false hope because to get anything big you have to work hard and that repeat year is gonna be so damn hard so be prepared but as always hardwork pays back .
I think never to give up on your dreams . Hustle up bro
See, JEE and NEET are two different exams and both are very different and significantly difficult.Especially NEET which is considered as one of the toughest exams. Both exams tests the candidates differently.
Since you have prepared for JEE, it would be difficult for you to make sudden adjustment for NEET exam.
If your preparation is good then you can civer up the syllabus and can do multiple revision for JEE mains January session next year but if you want to prepare for NEET then you will have to start right away with very hard preparation.Choice is yours whether you want to be a doctor or an engineer. You should set your priorities and then take a decision.
I hope this helps.
