Yes if you do better in BTech and gate you will get IITs or NITs.You should score more than 7 CGPA or 70 percent for safe zone.For admission in MTech they will not consider your 12th board result.

Yes, you definitely will get amdmission if you score well in B.tech and for GATE there is no certain percentage criteria for appearing in examination, but in M.tech some colleges have criteria that b.tech percentage should be 60% with valid GATE score card So, if you score well in both the areas then 12th percentage wont bother a bit.

Definitely with help of GATE score you able to fetch seat in IITs.

Gate eligiblity is different from JEE main eligibility,and there is no roll of jee main eligibility in the Gate eligibility.

With help of GATE score ,B.TECH score you able to fetch seat in IITs,NITs for your M.TECH.
