For admissions to NITs/ IIITs/ GFTI's, one need to have secured a minimum 75% marks in class XII or equivalent exam or be in the top 20 percentile in their class XII exam conducted by the respective board. For SC/ ST candidates, the eligibility criteria are to secure 65% marks in class XII or equivalent exam. As you have mentioned of scoring less than 75, you cannot get into the above. And the Institutes which you can try are state level Engineering Institutes and also you can try in other deemed universities (if your JEE mains score is too good ).
Hope this helps
All the best !

You can apply in DTU and NSIT which require 60% aggregate.
Thapar university,patiala
Lovely professional university,jalandhar
These are few colleges where you can get admission with less than 75%.
Best of Luck!!
For getting admission in any iiit, nits, gftis you need a minimum of 75% in boards. Since you have cleared it you can get in any nits according to your percentile and rank. And you can take admission in other government colleges also
So it's difficult to get nits or iiits as you got less than 75 percent
Try for Thapar University Jadavpur University and also you can get into Chandigarh University
The admission depends on your JEE main rank
Anyway you can try for state colleges
Many top colleges accept JEE main score
