My suggestion for you is to go for CS in amrita. Amrita is good in ranking compared to Manipal. Exposure wise both are good. Academic side you need to consider Amrita. Amrita has a good culture too when you compare it with Manipal.

And also you got CSE there. CSE has more demand than IT in these days. And compared to amrita manipal fee is high. The atmosphere will also be very good in amrita campuses. So, i suggest you to go for it.
