I got mechanical engineering in 1st round counselling of thapar university. it said I have to pay fee by 30 may.I want to wait for 2nd round

Basically the rule of counselling is In order to go for second round you have to pay the fees. If you get the other branch in second round your fees will be adjusted otherwise, you can also withdraw your seat.
