Hey Neha! You can definitely switch colleges directed by you, if you have submitted admission fees in the former college. Because when we site in other rounds of counselling the former seat is cancelled before allotment of a new seat. So if you submit your admission fees in the first round then you can revert back to seat you holded in the first round.
