I got my 12th class result in Jan 2019.my exam ended in nov.2018.while filling my jee January form I wrote 2018 in the year of passing .now for April shif if I correct the passing year as 2019,will it create any problem?

There will not be any problems if you will use the scorecard of april attempt.If you will do changes in April session then you will have to give proper evidence for the changes done during counseling and document verification and further in that case you will not be able to use your january session scorecard because you have provided wrong details in that which will create problems for you further.

what do you mean by I can not use January scorecard?will the score of January session be useless in this case?
