I got my ews certificate certified by dm . But it's written in hindi , and in NTA information bulletin , ews certificate prescribed format is same but written in English . Now what should I do , should I upload hindi certificate in registration??? or how would I get that for at prescribed by nta ??

See EWS certificate is nationwide reservation certificate so even if it is written in Hindi language then also it will be considered as valid, provided that it should be of same format as available in the information bulletin. So you can definitely use the certificate that you have and make sure the certificate should have been issued on or after January 1st, 2022.
