There won't be any problem for NEET exam . But make sure you have studied thoroughly . As your biology marks is the Lowest , I suggest you to go through your NCERT text book . For NEET , NCERT is very important while often students don't study or underestimate the book . You should study and focus on other books too but make sure that you have studied well your text books. Even you shouldn't avoid any small topic on it . When it comes to NEET , they are very much into NCERT.

No, there's no problem, even if you got only 67 marks and biology became your 4 th subject. You are still eligible for neet examination provided you must must have got:-
----------) at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
----------) at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc/St
----------) at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.
Also,
* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021
* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021
* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.
* students with Biology as an additional subject also eligible for Neet 2021
