Hello vallabhaneniyakshitha , It is impossible to say directly on the basis of percentage or rank only there is also a need of category.
But with the percentage of 60 I am surely say that you can't get seat in IIIT because for admissions into NITs, IIITs and CFTIs admissions, applicants must have at least 65% of marks are required for SC/ST category candidates.
So, on the basis on that with the percentage of 60 it is not possible to get admission if you are from any of the category.
Hope it will be helpful for you :)

Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing well.
As per your question, as you didn't mentioned your category it would be difficult for me to give you the exact advice but if I consider you under general category then your chances to get IIIT banglore is low as also you didn't cleared your cut off so this would don't help you in taking part in JOSAA counselling.
But dont worry you can go for private colleges also you can get good colleges if you had given any type of entrance exam statewise. So on the merit basis you get good colleges too.
Also if you want to predict your college as per your respective percentile then you may use this predictor tool:-

Dear Aspirant,
No with your score you will not be able to get into IIIT or NIT or any other government college for engineering. You must either prepare for the jee 2021 and try to score above 90 percentile, or get admission in some private college like AMITY, GRAPHIC ERA, DIT, etc.
Hope this helps. Thank you.
Hello student I request you to please help me with your category so that I can check and provide you with the exact information about cut off. Cut off vary every year on various factors like level of question in examination seats available and total nunumber of applicants in the entrance examination. It's difficult to get admission in IIIT with 60 percentile in Jee main, as we all know that seats are very limited and admission is directly based on merit rank.
Considering you as a general category student your rank must be around 3, 54,300.
You can use Jee main college predictor to predict college with the of Jee main results.
