Hello Aspirant,
It seems that you want to appear for JEE-Advance 2021 because JEE-Advance 2020 has already been conducted in 2020, so if you have passed your class 12th in 2020 from UP Board or any other board then you are eligible for JEE-Advance 2021, provided that you qualify JEE-Main 2021 with the qualifying cut-offs which will be released along with the JEE-Main 2021 Final result. On January 7th 2021 our Hon'ble Education Minister Mr. Ramesh Pokhariyal Nishank did announce that the JEE-Advance 2021 will be conducted on July 3rd 2021 by IIT Kharagpur and only those candidates will be allowed to appear for JEE-Advance 2021 who will clear the qualifying cut-off percentiles which will be released by NTA at the time of final result declaration of JEE-Main 2021 along with the final result.
However on the basis of previous year's cut-off trends we can help you with the expected qualifying cut-offs for this year :-
- Common Rank List (CRL) - 90 - 95 Percentile
- GEN-EWS - 70 - 75 Percentile
- Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL) - 70 - 75 Percentile
- Scheduled Caste (SC) - 50 - 55 Percentile
- Scheduled Tribe (ST) - 40 - 45 Percentile
- PwD - 1-2 Percentile
Note that in above table it is not the actual cut-off for JEE-Main 2021 but expected on the basis of previous year's analysis. You can check out previous year's cut-off trends from the link given below :-

As per the previous year, this year also 75% relaxation is provided but only for admission to IITs not for NITs/IIITs/CFTIs. Which means the candidate should have passed all the subjects of class 12th for which he/she is appearing and if he/she is unable to secure 75% then also he/she will be eligible for JEE-Advance 2021 and for admission to IITs.
