Teachers are well-educated, and CU is even educating its teachers on campus on how to provide superior education to students. Teachers are excellent and provide a great deal of assistance. Their instruction is of the highest calibre. With a campus size of around 100 acres, Chandigarh University is one of the top institutions in the world. With that land on its grounds, it is fully equipped with all latest technologies to allow students not only study but also properly comprehend the idea and the necessity to know it.

Firstly let me to congratulate you to be part of Chandigarh Universit, your concern regarding drug culture is appreciatable, I can ensure you that there is no such thing, administration and academic are very serious about this, CU campus is free from such things. So don’t worry about that thing. And second one that you have taken admission only by looking NIRF ranking is also good because NIRF ranking is provided to any institutions only their achievements and their aims and their determination towards the goal of the institution. So don’t worry.

Dear Shashank,

See, the Chandigarh University is growing really well. The NIRF ranking and other reputation it has gained in few years only is commendable. Talking about faculty, the faculty is overall good. You need to understand the fact that in university or college level you are mature enough and you need to learn yourself with self study. No doubt teachers will help you. But unlike school, here you can't give all the headache to teacher. You need to take care of your studies, yourself only, even if you go in any University or college. The culture is same everywhere. Moreover, if we talk drug culture, no doubt every sector has bad elements in it. It depends on you whether to choose to stay with them or away from them. If you are opting for hostel, ensure that your roommate is drug free. Or you can consider single seater or can go with your friends. Or you can choose to stay in PG's (Paying guest) as well. You will meet many people having different opinions about a particular thing or place. It's always you who need to decide what is best for you. Feel free to drop any query related to this or else. We are always ready to help you.

Hope this resolved your query.

All the Best!!
