Hello aspirant!
Cutoffs this year are higher than previous years due to stiff competition. You have not mentioned your category or your exact marks. However, with 1,75,872 as category rank, the chances of getting a MBBS seat is very less. If you have scored qualifying marks in NEET i.e, 147-113 for SC/ST/OBC then you attend the NEET counselling. Government colleges have cutoff marks usually in the range of atleast 350-450 for reserved categories. However, you can try for management seats. Below I have given the link to article for private medical colleges in India:

You can however try for other courses like BAMS, BHMS etc. These courses have cutoff slightly lesser than that of MBBS colleges.
To precisely know your possibilities of getting a seat, use this college predictor tool given below:

Dear Aspirant,
You don't have mentioned your category, so I'm considering you as a General-UR aspirant.
It's obvious that with this UR rank, it's quite difficult for you to grab any Government MBBS seat in any State through 15% AIQ.
Now coming to the matter of 85% State qouta. From our Careers360 profile I've understood that you belong to Telengana.
However Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS), Warangal, the concerned authority to conduct NEET UG Counselling 2020 in Telengana State, has not released the official cut-off details for all Government and private MBBS colleges in this year till now, still as per our estimation and previous year's (2019) cut-off details and after analysing the fact that the cut-off marks is expected to be increased in this year on account of increasing of the several important factors responsible for the determination of the qualifying marks, it can be estimated that you've definite probability to get admission in Government MBBS seats of several prestigious Private MBBS instituions through 85% Home State quota like:
