It is very difficult for you to get a computer science or electronics engineering seat in NIT or IIIT with 32000 OBC rank. There is no chance for you to get a seat allocation within the Josaa 7 rounds. Once you can go through this link and check which college is suited for you. There is more chance to select your desired branch and desired college. I suggested one college for your rank. my suggestion is NIT Arunachal Pradesh computer science engineering because last year special round closing rank for that course is 47965.
