Lakhan,

As compared to previous years' cut off marks, you're not eligible specifically for these branches. Otherwise you can get any other branch there. Except CSE, ETC, EE and ME

but according to spot rounds of last four years, i can get electrical there...

Spot counselling is not a part of JoSAA. It's conducted by the specific college where you want to take admission. The spot counselling closing rank changes every year depending upon vacancy and rank of students applying there for spot round. Please don't make any decision depending on the spot round result.
