I got only 124 marks so is there any chance for getting seat in CSE branch

As you have not mentioned your rank ,percentile, category/caste, which college you want or which exam you scored 124 marks in it is a bit difficult to predict if you will get a seat or not based on the information provided as the cutoffs for colleges change every year.
