Admissions also depend on other factors such as State Quota, Caste, etc.
With 250 marks, you can't get admission in any government medical college in India.
You might be able to get a seat in some Private medical colleges in India but they also have different cutoffs and also take up high fees, etc. You can check info. regarding them in the link provided below:
