I got only 64% in class XII in commerce streams .So I am able to take addmission in bcom .

Glad to inform you that Yes you are definitely eligible for getting admission in B.com having 64% in your 12th as you have clearly surpassed the minimum eligibility criteria of having minimum of 50% in your 12th. But you might be able to get admissions in colleges having admissions on the basis of your 12th percentage like DU as the demand for these courses are and so are it's cutoffs which you might not be able to clear but you definitely can get admission in any private college for B.com or college having admissions on the basis of entrance or interview or having direct admissions like Amity University, Sharda University, etc.
