There are number of career options and degree courses to pursue. The important thing is what you like personally.Your career options should based on what you like. There are fields like law, design, journalism, honours in individual subjects of your choice in fields of Science ,Arts and many more. There are multiple entrance tests, admission tests for these fields...so yes your percentage in boards is not the ultimate to determine your furure! And your percentage is enough to be eligible to appear for the entrance examinations. If you are interested in research..you can give it a thought as well. And ofcourse you can sit for examinations of goverment jobs after doing a simple bachelor degree.

Management is also a good career option-Hotel management, hospital management etc.You can also become a chef,  work in bank and what not.Aviation is also a good profession .So there are numerous sectors you can work in.Explore and know yourself more to choose a perfect career for yourself.

Wish you all the best!!

Thank you.

First of all it's really great that you are looking for some creative careers other than the main stream courses. If you had science as your subject you can pursue BSc and then higher education and pursue teaching as your career or you can choose from geology, anthropology, aeronautics and so many other things.

If you are from commerce background you can pursue simply Bcom and then appear for different competitive exams like banking. You can prepare for any government jobs along with the course you take.

Apart from that you have Mass communication, Fashion designing, Jewelleries design and any such creative fields. You can even chose literature if you have interest in that. Since you have decent scores in higher secondary you can pursue anything you want.

Dear Student,

We would like to first mention that 76% is a decent score and there is no reason to get desperate in the choice of course. One thing is important that always keep in mind your area of interest and whether you have a gut feeling that you have the aptitute for it with a willingness to put in the required effort. There are various options available like Hotel Management, ICWA, LLB and many more.

It would be advisable to consult your family members and their friends who you think are in a position to guide you. The more the opportunities available today, the more difficult it is to make a choice. Once you take up a couse and start studying, you would gradually develop interest as well.

Thank you and all the best!

Hi,you have got good percentage in your hsc boards. It is definitely not necessary that you have to go for engg. Medical and CA.There are several other areas where you can pursue a career like law, management bba, journalism, fashion design, bachelor in computer applications, bachelor of arts after completing it you can appear for upsc or other govt. exams or ask yourself what do you want to become.

hey mohit

other than pursuing Engg, medical and CA you can pursure bachelors degree in various other  subjects. like BA economic will help you become economist in big firms, BA in history will help you to crack UPSC exam for IAS PCS like services. if you belong to science stream then you can pursue BSc in radiology, forensic science, anthrapology, anatomy, ophthalomogy, physiotherapy etc. you can also pursue hotel managemnet if you have keen interest in hospitality or cooking. you can pursue journalism and mass communication as well. so it all depends on your preferences and in which field you have your interest. tell me your interest so that i can help further.

Hello Mohit,

You have scored 76% in HSC thus you have a minimum eligibility for almost every career option. So you can pursue any career option your choice.

In my opinion if you have a profound interest in art and creativity B. Arch is something that gives a best alternative to engineering.

With financial support you can go ahead for B. B. A(Bachelor in Business administration)

There is BCA(Computer application)

And furthermore you have B. Sc. In any desired stream .

Also there are certain scholarship schemes provided by the government to promote B. Sc. That you can avail while going for B. Sc.

I hope this solves your concerns.

Best of luck!
