I got overall rank 7280 in CET 2019 IP UNIVERSITY and in 12th I got 83 percentage in top 4 . Can I get addmision in top 10 college

with a rank 7280 for general category non delhi region, the admission is very difficult in top colleges like surajmal, argrasen, vips, jims. however you may get the average colleges like IITM, Ideal etc.
