Hello
Wih your preparatory rank in JEE Advanced 2020, you can get easily into some IITs. But as you have got preparatory rank, you won't be attending btech classes. You will be attending courses mean that for one year you will be prepared and trained inIIT, and then after one year youll be declared pass or fail according to which you will get a direct admission in an undergraduate course from next academic session. your branch would be declared based after one year of preparatory course.
If you fail in it,you won't be able to continue your studies in IIT and have to go for other colleges again.

So please think before going for whether preparatory course in IIT. You can also go for NITs, IIITs or GFTIs if your rank in JEE Mains is decent.
