I got rank 133 from army category in entrance exam of army institute of law mohali , can I get admission into it ?

congratulations for such a good rank. with the rank of 133 from army background there are some chances of getting admission in Army institute of law, Mohali. but assuming the cutoff rank is quite difficult as it is unpredictable. last year cutoff marks was 65-70 for army background and 130 to 135 for civilian.
so predicting the admission with this rank is quite doubtful.
