As your rank is good and according to the previous years cutoffs of colleges you have a good chance of getting admission to the IITs and IIITs but the things is you will get medium ranked IITs and higher ranked IIITs.So,you have to be patient while going for rounds.You may get Higher IITs in the last round as well.
