I got rank 16th in MA economics in KIITEE. I want to know that am I able to take admission in financial economics and what is the meaning of provisional result?

First of all Congratulations.
Yes you can easily take admission in any branch of your choice with this rank. 16th rank is really really good.
Provision results means that they are not final result and final result may vary. But it is very rare for the results to change. Generally it changes for those who apply for re-evaluation or retest.
