For general category the cutoff generally remains higher with respect to other categories. Now based upon the rank that you have scored, it will be a bit tough for you to get admission in the top colleges. You may have to wait till the further rounds.

The seat confirmation depends upon the merit list of the institute. Wait for the cutoffs to be released.
