I got rank 42259..in viteee 2019....can i get cs branch in vellore...plz guide me..wat to do?

With a rank of about 42,000 in VITEEE 2019, you've negligible chances of getting a seat in Computer Science and engineering branch at VIT VELLORE and VIT CHENNAI campuses.
The cutoffs usually are about:
1) under 6000 for vellore campus
2) under 12,000 for Chennai campus
As you've scored much below, you must try for Electronics and Computer engineering branch at VIT CHENNAI campus. Or various other branches at Bhopal and Amravati campuses.
