see cutoff score and ranking changes every year, depends on the major determining factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, choice of stream etc. however till now phase 1 counselling has completed and the remaining seat would fills by phase 2 counselling. based on previous years data srm chennai campus cse department would fills by 9500 - 10500 . so you have chances for any of the chennai campus. however it is difficult to predict the particular campus name based on rank since it would varies with number of applicant and seats intake available.
