On such marks and category you have very low chances of getting government medical colleges according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that if a candidate is having rank around 30,000-50,000 then only he/she can get government colleges or even government seats in Private colleges with EWS category reservation.
