Helo Student,
It is a good percentile and congratulations for that. Computer Science Engineering is a much sought after course. It is very high in demand and hence the mars and rank needed to score to get into the top premier instituions of the country such as Indian Institutes of Technology or National Institutes of Technology is very high.
However, since you belong to the ST category, you have a good chance of making it to NIt, although it may be a relatively newer NIT such as NIT Pondicherry or NIT Andhra. There are many other good universities that you can get into for Computer Science Engineering such as
1. SSN College of Engineering, Chennai
2. SASTRA Deemed to be University, Thanjavur
3. Delhi University
4. Andhra University, Andhra Pradesh
5. SRM Institute of Technology, Chennai
6. Manipal Institute of Technology
