You can get admission into some iits with non core branches.
The iits you can take admission into are:
Ism dhanbad - environmental engineering, mining machinery
Iit guwahati - biotechnology
Iit indore - metallurgical engineering
Iit jammu - civil engineering , electrical engineering
Iit roorkee - polymer engineering

Go for CS/ IT. They are the evergreen branches and you would enjoy learning it. For better placements and industry orientation these branches are among the top and exist at the apex. Since you have good scores so there a possibility too of seeking admission into this branch. Better not waste the opportunity and make the best of it coming your way.
