I got rt in chemistry this year(2022) but due to some reasons I have not given improvement exam this year.. so can i give rt next year in 2023..And can I give neet 2023??

Hello ,
Yes you can appear for the improvement exam in the year 2023 and if you score above the eligibilty criteria marks for neet i.e aggregate of more than 50% in physics, chemistry and biology then you could give NEET-2023 and if your score doesn't fullfil the given criteria even after improvement then your application form will get rejected during the counselling process..

Yes it's more than 40% aggregate for obc / sc/St. Since you didn't mentioned your category, I assumed it to be unreserved category.
