I got seat allotment in deemed college in Chennai but now I don't want to take admission in it. is it possible to continue second round counselling? what is the process of declining allotment seat ?

If you decline a seat after getting that seat allotted to you, you will have to pay the full fees for the entire course of 5 years. One thing that you can do is accept that seat and then further apply for up gradation, in which there is a chance to get a new seat after fresh choice filling. If you get a better college, well and good.
