I got seat in 2nd round in CE , when do I freez my seat after 4th round as don't want to mis upgradation chance in future in DTU.

Yes you can freeze your seat by paying seat acceptance fee .
Yes it is important to freeze your seat before spot round other wise you may loose your seat .
You can pay the fee acceptation and report .
If you wish to upgrade the seat you can choose float option .
