I got seat in AIIMS Delhi for pg. I also cleared usmle exam. which one should I opt?

BEING a student of AIIMS is a very proud feeling because it is very hard to get admissions into AIIMS delhi. The competition is getting very high year by year and you have got this amazing opportunity to study in this medical college.
