I got seat in AIQ 1st round in BDS in deem university but still i want to participate in State Counselling Maharashtra trying for govt college so can i?Will my AIQ seat still retain if i do not get state govt seat

First of all you are allowed to apply for All India Quota as well as State quota counselling for the same state if you have domicile of that state.
But you cannot retain the All India Quota seat if you donot get state quota seat, it will be lost. You can opt for either free exit or free upgrade as you cannot retain beyond reporting time since state counselling has not started for many states.
