Hi Pranati,
You didn't mention here whether you have paid your tuition fee in the college which has been allotted for you in the 1st counselling. If you have paid the fee and accepted the joining letter then your seat will definitely be confirmed. so please visit the college with the fee receipt and joining report, they will help you.
This is the general process followed during the 1st and 2nd phase counselling:
Generally, After the seat allotment in the 1st counselling, to confirm the seat one has to pay the tuition fee mentioned in the allotment order and then you will get the joining report. After accepting the joining report your seat will be confirmed. If in case you want to attend 2nd counselling, you don't need to submit any original certificates in the college which you have been allotted in the 1st counselling.
If you have attended the 2nd counselling and have been allotted a college and if you want to join in that college, then you need to pay the extra tution fee if any is mentioned in the allotment order. Or If you don't want to join in the college which you got in 2nd counselling simply don't pay the fee and now you can go back to the college which you got in 1st counselling with the fee receipt and joining report. Now the college will ask for original certificates.
Hope this helps.
