I got seat in ap EAMCET first round in civil.If I have not reported for the same am I eligible for participate in second phase allotment.

if you have not reported then yes you are eligible for second round of counselling , if you are eligible for the upper college preference given by you in counselling then you will get that in further rounds of counselling .
