I got seat in dayananda sagar university..... 56000 fees has been mentione.. In first round allotment.should we pay extra for college also?

You will have to pay the fees mentioned. There is no under the table fees you will be required to pay. There shall be security and other extra charges but it will be mentioned in the total itself.
