    I got seat in ECE in SNIS Clg in 1st counseling I paid the tution fee and self reported I got my admission number now l want to attend 2nd counseling if I get in 2nd counseling will my tuition fees which paid transfer to that particular college.if I not get in 2nd phase will my seat be safe in SNIS

    Hello,

    Yes, absolutely right. This same procedure is actually followed. Every students are able to have their chances to have best option in case of choosing the university and stream. But if you are alloted in your upcoming counselling then previous seat is lost by you. So careful about the choice feeling.
