I got seat in first phase of ts eamcet counselling,then I paid money online,then I went for second counselling I got in another college,first phase college is cancelled, then I cancelled my second phase counselling seat of. college, will my money refunded fully .

According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to know about the refund policy of EAMCET counselling.
As you said you have got a seat in the first phase of counselling and you waited for 2nd counselling to get a seat and then you cancelled the seat.
Your money will be refunded after deducting a certain amount but almost your total fee will be refunded surely.
