Hi.

If you have already secured a seat in the first round, you are still eligible to participate in the second round for up gradation (or other subsequent rounds for that matter). This way if you do get a seat, you will be up graded and the documents and fees will be transferred. If not, you will still have the seat from the first round.

Make sure to attend the counselling in each round. This way, you will be eligible to attend the 3rd or even mop up round.
